HAPPY NINTH DA Nines CE by karma4ya HAPPY NINTH DA Nines CE by karma4ya
this piece was inspired while research the different aspects of the #9 Lit part extracted from WIKI The chinese culture was the most interesting and inspiring! : Nine (九 pinyin jiǔ;) is considered a good number in Chinese culture because it sounds the same as the word "longlasting" (久 pinyin jiǔ;)!

Nine is strongly associated with the Chinese dragon, a symbol of magic and power. There are nine forms of the dragon, it is described in terms of nine attributes, and it has nine children It has 9×13 scales, 9×9 being yang (masculine, or bad influence) and 9×4 being yin (feminine, or good influence).

ALL THAT BEING SAID!! HAPPY 9th BIRTHDAY deviant art!!!
I used the make your own fella java app found here to make the fella [link] THE YIN YANG I MADE FROM SCRATCH USING GIMP AND A WELL WRITTEN TUTORIAL found here [link] IM PRETTY PROUD OF IT!!! it came out alot better then i ever dreamed!! THANK YOU FOR LOOKING!!

YIN YANG EXPLANATION! this was the simplest way i found it explained.
This Simbol(Yin-Yang) represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents "everything", while the black and white shapes within the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called "yin" (black) and "yang" (white), which cause everything to happen. They are not completely black or white, just as things in life are not completely black or white, and they cannot exist without each other.
you can read more here [link] very interesting stuff well i enjoyed reading it! :)

Interesting. I always think of myself as representing half of a yin-yang.. Maybe thats just me because many people say we have both yin and yang or good and evil in us.
